Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros provides professional pet waste removal services for residential and commercial properties within our designated service areas. Service availability may vary by location.

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period of time (vacation, illness, etc.) and you wish to pause service to avoid unnecessary charges, please notify us in advance.

2. Scheduling & Payment

Service Scheduling

Service days and times are assigned based on your location and our availability. We strive to maintain a consistent schedule and will notify you of any changes.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our Customer Management System.

New clients must pay for the first month of service in full before services begin. This payment becomes non‑refundable once scheduling is completed.
A digital quote or invoice will be sent for approval and payment prior to your first visit.
Ongoing services are billed monthly based on the number of completed visits during that billing cycle.
Auto‑pay is available for convenient, automatic monthly payments.

Cards on File

To ensure uninterrupted service, Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros may securely store your payment card on file. By using our services, you authorize us to:

Store your card information within our secure payment system
Charge your card for recurring monthly service fees
Charge your card for any outstanding balances or declined payments

If a stored card is declined, you will be notified and must provide an updated payment method before service resumes. All card information is encrypted and handled according to industry‑standard security practices.

Cancellation

You may cancel service at any time after the first month. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

3. Service Access & Property Conditions

Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to all areas requiring service. This includes:

Maintaining safe entry and exit points to the yard
Notifying us of any changes in the number of pets
Ensuring timely payment of all balances

If we cannot access the yard due to obstructions or unsafe conditions, the visit will still be charged.

Aggressive pets must be secured during scheduled service times.

Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros is not responsible for damage to areas that are hazardous, poorly maintained, or where waste is hidden.

Inclement weather may make service unsafe or impossible. In such cases, we will complete your cleanup as soon as conditions allow.

4. Liability

While we perform services with care and professionalism, Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros is not liable for:

Damage to lawns, landscaping, or property caused by hidden waste, unsafe ground conditions, or hazards
Injuries or incidents involving unsecured animals
Missed waste that is concealed or inaccessible at the time of service

Clients agree to inform us of any potentially dangerous pets, hazardous yard conditions, or property concerns.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or unreasonable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Aggressive or unsecured animals
Hazardous yard conditions
Excessive waste accumulation beyond normal service expectations
Unsanitary environments that pose health or safety risks
Repeated failure to provide property access
Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward staff

If service is refused or discontinued for any of the reasons above, the client remains responsible for any outstanding balances.

6. Termination of Service

Muskoka Poop Scoop Pros may suspend or terminate service for:

Non‑payment
Unsafe or hazardous conditions
Repeated failure to provide property access

Either party may terminate service at any time (see Refund & Cancellation Policy). All outstanding balances must be paid within 15 days.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and/or criminal penalties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
